We promise good communication: We listen, ask questions and come to an understanding of your needs. We assess the unique watering requirements of your lawn and plantings. We test your water source and structure your system within its source capacity. We discuss products with you and select those products that best fit your needs.
We promise to custom design a system that meets your needs: We use only the highest quality components and materials available. We meet all electrical and plumbing codes. The proposal we develop covers all costs with no surprises. Your design will provide even watering of your landscape and the integrity of your system is guaranteed.
We promise a clean installation of your automated system, using the latest technology and efficient methods: Our crews follow our innovative techniques to minimize disruptions to your landscape. We give careful attention to yard preparation. Your system is installed the "trenchless way". Sod is preserved and cleanly put back in place. When finished you own a lawn sprinkler system that keeps your landscape green and healthy.
We promise to follow through: We train you to use your new system and provide you with a watering schedule and a detailed installation drawing. We walk you through and show you how your system works, including the use of the controller, as well as component locations. Final payment is not expected until you are satisfied. We cover your new system with a 2 year guarantee against defect on materials and workmanship.
We promise value: Because of our quality workmanship and because we use only the most reliable water saving components our system is an excellent value. It will work efficiently and virtually trouble-free. Water will be conserved and maintenance costs will be minimal. Remember you only pay for a system once but you buy water every month.

In The Field
Whether Executive Outdoor Living or another company installed your sprinklers; our technicians are qualified, ready and able to service your system. Our technicians offer the expertise of more than 60 years’ experience. Their knowledge and ability ranges from the oldest hydraulic systems to the most current technology in the industry; including a range of brands from Hunter, Toro, Rainbird and more. We humbly believe if one of our service technicians cannot fix the irrigation problem, no one can.
Our service technicians arrive in fully stocked clean and late model service trucks. Very rarely do we need to return to complete a job due to not having parts stocked in the truck.
We have the option of wiring your controller for remote control operation from the yard enabling the technician to remain in the yard while operating the controller as needed. This eliminates the need to run back and forth between the controller and the yard. This saves labor hours which in turn saves money and puts more in your pocket.
We believe in continuing education, so during the winter months our technicians attend classes to continue growing in irrigation expertise. Our desire is to serve you with the professional, prompt, efficient and courteous response of our full-time service department.
